A safe and stimulating environment to extend the school day
At St John’s we provide high quality care service that enables your child to be safely looked after from 7:45am until 6:00pm, if required. Parents have the flexibility of opting for our before and after school care services on a day-to-day basis or to make a termly commitment.
Breakfast Club – daily from 7:45am
Our Breakfast Club runs from 7:45am in the comfort of the school dining hall. Pupils can enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast followed by supervised activities.
Pupil’s can arrive any time from 7:45am.
Breakfast is available until 8:25am when we have to start clearing away.
How do I book?
Please complete a booking form and hand into the office a week in advance.
Breakfast Club Daily Cost……………………………………….. £2 / child per day.
With effect from 3rd November 2015 the cost will increase to £3 per child per day.
A discount is available for children attending Breakfast Club on a daily basis for the whole term if payment is received in advance.
After School Care Club – daily until 6pm
After School Care is available from Monday to Fridays for all pupils until the time that suits you, up until 6pm. It is run by our experienced teaching assistants who ensure that the children are well cared for.
All children are welcome on a regular or occasional basis. Parents are requested to preferably book places in advance (48 hours notice if staying for tea).
What do we do at After School Care Club?
Each day the children join together for a variety of age appropriate activities using our specialist facilities. Older children have the opportunity to complete their homework. Tea is also served.
How do I book?
Please book your child in through the school office. All bookings must be made by 3:15pm of the previous Friday.
After School Care Club Daily Cost……………………………………….. £5 per hour or £10 per session (includes tea)
