The pupils of Reception were bursting with excitement as they arrived back at school at 5.30 pm. Dressed in pyjamas and dressing gowns with teddy bears in tow they were greeted by teachers who were also dressed in night attire!
The classrooms of St John’s had been transformed into twinkly, cosy storytelling dens.
Children listened to two different stories before joining back together for milk and biscuits in the hall. After all teeth were cleaned and songs were sung, the children left brandishing glowsticks and toothbrushes galore.
