Parent Forum

In response to suggestions from parents and staff we have arranged meetings each term where we hope to develop opportunities for open communication and consultation with parents. These meetings will be held at 2pm in the school hall.

The aim is that these meetings provide the time to listen to your ideas and concerns and seek your views, helping to make sure the needs of children and their families at St John’s are met.

Meetings will be are led by school staff and governors, usually by the Head teacher and the Chair of Governors. Meetings are informal and a genuine opportunity for open discussion.

Parents will be encouraged to share information from Parent Forum with parents of other children in their child’s class. Feedback will also be included in school newsletters which are distributed to all parents and published on the school website.

If you have specific concerns about your child your first point of contact should always be your class teacher or the Head teacher.
