Ladyland Farm visit

Foundation Stage and Key Stage One started Term 5 with an exciting trip to Ladyland Farm. Armed with packed lunches and wellies and with much anticipation we boarded the coaches, left Sevenoaks and began our journey.

Arriving safely, we spent the next few hours engaging in hands-on learning experiences that delighted us all. Everyone had the opportunity to feed calves, newly born lambs and piglets, stroke chicks and ducklings, along with rabbits and goats. Each class had a Farmer who taught us many interesting and informative facts throughout the day. We were then treated to a tractor ride before eating lunch and returning to school tired, but with many happy memories of a fun day.
